A Handful of Hats were delighted to return to Aberdare Festival to what is one of the largest free fun festivals in Wales, with live bands , fun fairs, shows, beautifully restored fountains, stalls, displays, paddle swans, food fairs, dinosuars, and of course our unique Circus and Play workshops that proved even more popular this year when we had sun instead of rain :-)
